A profile defines the picture filter template which PicaLoader should follow when downloading and saving pictures. Profiles outline what picture-types, what size picture files, what width and height range of pictures, what definition pictures and what color depth pictures should be downloaded.
Profiles are re-useable between projects, and thus make it easy to download different websites using the same filters.
PicaLoader provides a number of basic profiles to get you started, such as 'High-Definition photos', this profile will download definition greater than or equal to 70 DPI (Dots per Inch) , a file size greater than or equal to 20 Kbytes, picture size greater than or equal to 120X100, and color depth greater than or equal to 24bit photos.
To create your own profile
or select New Profile in main menu.
